About Me
1. Editor of school newspaper during senior year.
2. 4-Year lettermen in baseball.
3. Belonged to social club known as "The Vibes."
4. Served on various student government and club committees.
5. Participated in state wide high school newspapers, "Youth Unlimited" and "Split Second."1. Attended UH-Manoa from 1972-1974.
2. Attended Kapiolani Community College from 1974-1976 and graduated with an A.S. Degree in Culinary Arts.
3. Worked as a cook/chef at various hotels and restaurants on Oahu.
4. Was a Culinary Arts Instructor at Leeward Community College from 1989-1995. Also taught at Kapiolani Community College, 1996-1997.1. Presently reside in Las Vegas.
2. Presently a Chef Instructor at the "Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas.
3. Formerly the Executive Chef for the Royal Lahaina Resort from 2002-2004.
4. Also formerly the Sous Chef at the "Westin Maui's Tropica Restaurant:, 2000-2001.
5. Formerly Executive Chef of "Sam Choy's Kahului Restaurant", 1998-2000.
1. I'd like "old friends" to get in touch with me. I miss the islands and want to keep up with the connections. Especially when most islanders come to Las Vegas to vacation and gamble.
