What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how Homegrown Hawaii treats personal information that Homegrown Hawaii collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Homegrown Hawaii services. • This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Homegrown Hawaii does not own or control or to people that Homegrown Hawaii does not employ or manage.

General

• Homegrown Hawaii collects personal information when you register with Homegrown Hawaii, when you use Homegrown Hawaii, and when you visit Homegrown Hawaii.
• When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, high school information and personal interests. Once you register with Homegrown Hawaii and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• Homegrown Hawaii uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

• You can edit your Homegrown Hawaii Account Information at any time.
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Homegrown Hawaii service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and Newsletters, that are considered part of your Homegrown Hawaii account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
• You can delete your Homegrown Hawaii account by visiting our Account Deletion page.  All personal information will be deleted from Homegrown Hawaii data servers when you delete your Homegrown Hawaii account.

Confidentiality and Security

• We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
• All information that you provide to Homegrown Hawaii may be viewed/used by Homegrown Hawaii and its members.  Do not provide information that you would not like others to see.
• Homegrown Hawaii is not liable for personal information that is lost, stolen, gathered or viewed from Homegrown Hawaii.
