About Me
Auto Shop was the best...Mr. Tanaka, a fun guy indeed. I miss skipping class/school with the auto shop pass when I got to park on campus and leave as the security "Mr. Waikiki" yells out "EHH!". Lots of fun memories, parties...high times and low times..my share of pakalolo and beer...not good at all.I went straight to work(dumb)...at Shins marine and learned how to weld boat props..suck job. I then worked for Gemini Pool and Spa as a pool man..and yes its really like that in the movies..it was the best job I had so far. I then met someone (currently my Wife) from Jacksonville, FL..she was family with our close neighbors we had in Ewa Beach. And stole me off the island in April of 1999. We got married on January 27, 2001. It was a culture shock when I got here..Rednecks, Blacks, Mexicans, and Puerto Ricans...all where I can call home for now..Jacksonville, Florida...the DEEP SOUTH. I got very aquaited with Rednecks with my first job being a Tractor-Trailer mechanic...I even started to like country then....and only then.. I tried college for a semester...didn't like it. I then moved to another company that deals with shipping and did some trailer mechanics there till they trained me to become a Diesel Mechanic. I then left that job and started as an Heavy Equipment Mechanic in 2005(Dozers, Excavators, Horizontal drills, Dump trucks...etc.) for a year. We since then in December of 2004 purchased our first home 3 bed/2 bath for $112,000 and only 7 years old...its hella cheaper to live out here. And on February 17, 2005 Ikaika was born...Im a dad??I then got an offer back (for better benefits as my son was born and like most kids see's the pediatrician often) at the shipping company and started in February 2006(Trailer Bridge Inc.- were on the stock exchange..TRBR) and I will stick with them for a while. I am currently a lead man for the trailer division and have 5 men working under me.....me a leader??Loving every minute of sharing my moments with my family and hoping we'll just move back HOME(Hawaii!)uhh..not really..but gotta go!
