About Me
I miss hanging out with my family and friends at Pohoiki and Kalapana(boy do I miss Kalapana). Attending all school events like sports games, dances and parades. The best times were dances, making floats, rallies at school and competition between grades. That the was the good old days...I moved to California 2 weeks after graduation. Country girl to the big city. I attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in down town Los Angeles. That was fun! I graduated in 1990 with an Associate of Arts Degree.I am currently living here in San Diego, California. Conrad and I just celebrated our 16th anniversary. He will be retiring from the Navy next year... 20 years! Yippie!!! we will be moving back home to Hawaii. Kinda scary for me! just one more deployment to go. I have 4 Kids attending 4 different schools. Keoki is in Dewey Elem, Kaleo is in Dana Middle, Ikaika is at Point Loma High School and my oldest Ariel is attending... yes you guessed it! Pahoa. She moved back this past summer. I Miss her and my home too.. all my family(and friends) and not to mention the ono food.. the Fruits~Avacado's, guava's, papaya's to many to mention. The Hawaiian food~ Laulau, kalua pig, poi, poke, squid luau.. oh making me hungry.. I love the Japanese, Filipino and Chinese food too! hum.. I gotta go L&L now.. thank goodness we have that here in San Diego, CA.. Oh and not to mention Da Kine's just 2 blocks away. okay take care!
